Houston American Energy areas of current domestic activity include but are not limited to the following:
Webster Parish, Louisiana
In Webster Parish, Louisiana, we hold a 7.5% working interest at an 8.3% net revenue interest carried to point of sales for the first well in over 4,000 acres known as the South Sibley Prospect. Drilling of a 10,600-foot well, the first well, on the South Sibley Prospect, was completed in May 2005 with multiple pay sands apparently identified. Sales from the well commenced June 28, 2005.
We also hold a 7.5% working interest at a 6.055% net revenue interest in the Holley #1 well and associated 640-acre unit, acquired in December 2005, in Webster Parish, Louisiana.
Acadia Parish, Louisiana
Houston American holds a 17.5% working interest with a 13.125% net revenue interest in the Baronet #3 well and its 620 acre leasehold known as its Crowley Prospect. This well is expected to begin production from the Hayes Sand at approximately 11,900' on July 1, 2007. Future development opportunities for the leasehold will be evaluated after some production history is received from this well.
Jim Hogg County, Texas
In Jim Hogg County, Texas we hold a 4.375% working interest with a 3.19375% net revenue interest in the Weil #1 well which holds a 340 acre leasehold in an area known as our Hog Heaven Prospect. The well is currently producing from the 4900' Yegua Sand. uture development opportunities for this leasehold are currently being evaluated.
